Is it really 35 mm thick?

Yes. It arrives rolled and vacuum packed, so unroll it flat and give the foam time to rise. Most mats lie flat within a few hours, and 24 hours gives full thickness.

Which colour and size should I get?

Ironbark Charcoal and Stone Grey hide everyday marks best. Warm Sand suits light timber and white rooms. Reef Blue and Midnight Black look bold in a kids room or lounge.

The 1.5m × 2m fits most play corners and lounges. For a whole living room, go 2m × 3m. Between two sizes? Go bigger.

How do I clean it?

Wipe spills with a damp cloth and vacuum it like a rug. For stubborn marks, use a little mild soapy water, then wipe dry. Do not machine wash, soak or steam clean it.

Is it OK for babies and pets?

The fabric is OEKO-TEX tested, and the foam cushions tumbles while babies crawl and toddlers learn to walk. Always supervise little ones. Dogs and cats love it, and their hair vacuums straight off.

Will it slip on floorboards or tiles?

No. The anti-slip base keeps the mat planted on hard floors and low-pile carpet. No rug pad needed.

I ordered from WA and unfortunately had the wrong address listed, I emailed the company straight away to correct it and was greeted with a quick helpful response from Jess who managed to correct the address and still have the rug shipped the very next day. The delivery was quick and we were so impressed with the quality of this rug, we have received compliments on it from every guest we have had since purchasing. It is so comfy the kids opt for it instead of the couch. Amazing product and customer service. We ordered a mat for our living room because we have a menace of a toddler. It's super comfortable and easy to clean. I was hesitant to purchase from a social media ad but I couldn't be happier that I did. I had seen the Marshie Mat brand for sometime and I actually firstly ordered the Kmart one - it was cheaper but picked up stains and then I decided to upgrade and try the Marshie Mat one. I am so happy I did because the quality is so much better and stains don't sink into it (we have had yogurt splattered on it and a baby wipe got rid of it without a trace where the Kmart one did mark still.) When I say these Marshie Mats are 10/10 I mean they are 10/10.... myself and my family are so so happy with our purchase but not only that the customer service. So my partner ordered the soft touch foam Marshie Mat; we were so excited as it was mainly gonna be used for our twin girls for tummy time but we noticed that we didnt receive an update on our order.
