These terms apply when you use marshiemat.com and when you buy from us. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Returns and Good As New Guarantee pages.

marshiemat.com is run by Digital Launchpad LLC, trading as MarshieMat, a company registered in the United States. Our address is 30 North Gould Street, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. You can reach us at info@marshiemat.com.
"We", "us" and "our" mean Digital Launchpad LLC trading as MarshieMat. "You" means anyone who visits our website or buys from us.
Using our website
By using our website, you agree to these terms. We sell to customers aged 18 or over with a delivery address in Australia or New Zealand. Anyone is welcome to browse.
We keep product details, photos and prices accurate and up to date. Screens show colours differently, and product sizes can vary by up to 4 cm. If a detail matters to you, ask us before you order.
Everything on this website, including our name, logo, photos, videos and words, belongs to us or is used with permission. You are welcome to share our pages. Please do not copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.
We can update, pause or change the website at any time. Links to other websites are there for your convenience. We are not responsible for their content.
Orders, prices and payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order. We can decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price or description is clearly wrong, or a payment looks fraudulent. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars, or New Zealand dollars for New Zealand customers, and include any GST that applies. Delivery to Australia and New Zealand is free, so the price at checkout is the price you pay us.
Because we are a company based overseas, some banks add an international transaction fee to your card. That fee is set by your bank, not by us.
As a US company we have no Australian Business Number, which means we can't issue Australian tax invoices. Your order confirmation email is your receipt.
You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Our payment partners handle every transaction through an encrypted checkout.
Deals and discount codes
Discount codes are entered at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. One code works per order unless we say otherwise. Bundle savings apply automatically in your cart. Each offer lists its own dates and conditions.
Delivery, returns and our guarantee
How we deliver, what happens when a parcel is late and how returns and refunds work are set out on our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages. Our Good As New Guarantee page explains the extra cover on the Marshie Mat and Marshie Topper. Those pages form part of these terms.
Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we reship it once you confirm the right one, and a reshipping fee can apply.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
New Zealand customers have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under those laws. Where these terms and those laws differ, the law wins.
Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier disruption, extreme weather or outages.
Reviews and content you share
When you post a review, photo or video about us, you confirm it is honest, it is your own and it is about your own experience. You give us permission to show it on our website, emails and social media, and to share it with our review platform.
Text messages
If you join our text messages, you consent to regular automated texts from MarshieMat about offers and your orders. Joining is not a condition of buying. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates can apply.
Legal details
New South Wales law applies to these terms, and New South Wales courts can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live and rely on the consumer laws that protect you there.
If a court decides one part of these terms is invalid, every other part still stands. We can update these terms from time to time. Your order is covered by the version that was on this page on the day you ordered.
